Creating a new memory is simple! Open the Remember When app, tap the "+" button, then upload your photos, videos, or audio recordings. Add a title, description, and any additional details you'd like to include. Once you're satisfied, save your memory and generate a QR code to share it.

Absolutely! Your privacy is our top priority. All memories are stored securely with end-to-end encryption. You control who can access your memories through privacy settings, and we never share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Yes! You can share memories in several ways: generate QR codes for physical sharing, send direct links to specific people, or create shared albums for family members. You can also control the privacy level of each memory - public, private, or shared with selected individuals.

Remember When works on all modern devices including iOS and Android smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers through our web application. The QR codes can be scanned by any device with a camera and QR code reader.

If you forget your password, simply click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We'll send you a secure reset link to your registered email address. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account.

To update a memory, open it in the app and tap the "Edit" button. You can add new photos, modify the description, update privacy settings, or change the title. All changes are saved automatically, and the QR code remains the same so existing shares continue to work.
